Egan and Leong, who previously pivoted from corporate roles to adventure design, view their platform as a "motivation engine for IRL." They are currently experimenting with gamification features, including a digital passport system that allows users to "stamp" completed outings, fostering a sense of accomplishment. The founders emphasize that their goal is to support community organizers who lack the marketing bandwidth to reach wider audiences, effectively acting as a conduit for local engagement.
