Securing a Footprint at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026

Ten thousand founders, venture capitalists, and industry leaders will converge at San Francisco’s Moscone West from October 13-15 for TechCrunch Disrupt 2026. For startups aiming to bypass the keynote stage and engage directly with potential partners, the event’s exhibit program offers a high-traffic presence on the busy Expo Hall floor.

The exhibit package, priced at $12,500, provides a 6’ x 30″ table equipped with essential logistics including linens, chairs, and signage. Beyond the physical setup, exhibitors receive 10 event passes—five all-access and five Expo+—which account for approximately $4,000 of the total cost. The package also integrates lead generation tools via the official mobile app, access to the event press list, and branding visibility across digital and physical platforms.

Securing a spot on the floor remains the most direct method for companies to source deals or evaluate new tools in a high-density environment. Availability is strictly finite; the registration window closes on September 25 at 11:59 p.m. PT, or sooner if all tables are claimed. Organizations not yet prepared to exhibit can currently access a $300 discount on general event tickets to begin planning their presence for future cycles.
