Nicolas Porchet Named Managing Partner at Bordier & Cie
The partners of Geneva-based private bank Bordier & Cie have appointed Nicolas Porchet as managing partner with unlimited liability. Effective immediately, the move secures a leadership role for a veteran banker who joined the firm in 2019 to spearhead business development and client acquisition strategies across international markets.

Grégoire Bordier, senior managing partner, described the appointment as a strategic step to preserve the firm’s core values and long-term identity. Founded in 1844, the bank remains an independent, family-owned institution managed by the fifth generation of its founders. It currently maintains a global footprint across six countries, with Swiss operations spanning Geneva, Bern, Nyon, Lausanne, and Zurich, alongside international offices in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
