Pamela Tseng Joins Julius Baer as Asia COO

Based in Singapore, Tseng will report directly to Asia region head Jimmy Lee and global chief operating officer Jean Nabaa. Her mandate involves overseeing the bank's complex regional operations and driving strategic transformation across its Asian markets. Before her time at Standard Chartered, she held senior roles at Citi in New York and Hong Kong, as well as positions with Accenture in Beijing and Singapore.

Jean Nabaa credited Tseng’s background in managing large-scale operations as a key factor in her appointment, signaling the bank's intent to bolster its regional infrastructure. This change follows a series of recent personnel moves, including the appointment of Nira Tanoko as market head for Southeast Asia in late July.
