Executive Appointments at RBC BlueBay and Lincoln International
RBC BlueBay Asset Management and Lincoln International are bolstering their European operations through two high-profile leadership appointments. As the wealth management sector navigates shifting market conditions, these firms have tapped industry veterans to oversee the expansion of their alternatives and financial services advisory platforms across the continent.

Simultaneously, Lincoln International has appointed Eduard Egelie as a managing director within its London-based Financial Services Group. Egelie, who previously led financial institutions corporate finance at Societe Generale, will head the firm's European financial services advisory efforts. He will also oversee the European team at MarshBerry, a firm recently acquired by Lincoln to strengthen its reach in the insurance brokerage and wealth sectors. According to Friedrich Bieselt, managing director at Lincoln, Egelie’s arrival is a calculated move to address the regulatory and technological disruptions currently reshaping the European financial landscape.
