Klay Group Targets Global Expansion as Wealth Advisory Demand Rises

With a footprint spanning Dubai, Singapore, and now Switzerland, Klay Group is accelerating its international expansion. Arjun Anand, the firm's Asia-Pacific CEO, emphasizes that the employee-owned financial services provider is prioritizing institutional-grade investment rigor to attract ultra-high-net-worth clients across its four primary service pillars.

Klay Group Targets Global Expansion as Wealth Advisory Demand Rises

Founded in 2013, Klay Group has maintained a steady growth trajectory, recently bolstering its leadership with hires like former EFG Bank executive Rohit Ganguli. The firm currently serves over 450 families globally, employing approximately 140 staff members. Anand credits this momentum to an advisor-led approach that favors risk management over product-driven sales, distinguishing the firm from traditional banking competitors.

The firm structures its operations around wealth management, multi-family office services, corporate advisory, and asset management. Rather than focusing on assets under management as a primary metric, Klay segments clients by the complexity of their financial needs. This strategy targets entrepreneurs and C-suite executives with investable assets ranging from $5 million to over $2 billion. Klay plans to double its Singapore headcount to 50 employees within the next two years, mirroring broader growth efforts across the Middle East, London, and India.
