The new Global Client Development division will be helmed by Fabrice Chemouny as chief client officer, effective January 1, 2027. Reporting directly to CEO Philippe Setbon, Chemouny will oversee a structure composed of three core functions: Client Markets, Partnerships, and Product Range & Solutions. This move follows the firm’s ambition to bridge its US operations with its international presence, fostering regional synergies and simplifying client access to its various affiliated asset management firms.
Natixis Investment Managers Overhauls Global Operations
With over $1.5 trillion in assets under management, Natixis Investment Managers is consolidating its global operations into a single development division. The restructuring, tied to the BPCE Group’s VISION 2030 strategy, aims to unify the firm’s distribution model and accelerate growth by merging teams across the entire client value chain.

Under the new architecture, the Client Markets function will operate across six geographical regions, ranging from the US and UK to Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, each tasked with navigating local regulatory landscapes. Simultaneously, the Partnerships department will focus on expanding distribution through banking networks and insurers, while the Product Range & Solutions team will curate investment offerings specifically for retirement, long-term savings, and wealth management. The implementation remains subject to standard consultation processes with employee representative bodies.
