Impax Asset Management has expanded its listed equities team with the addition of Paul Byrne and Sebastien Bidault. Byrne, formerly of BNY Investments Newton, joins as head of portfolio advisory and systematic investments to lead risk advisory processes. Bidault, previously with Redwheel, takes on the role of director and global technology analyst, supporting the firm’s environmental markets strategies. Both will operate from the London office.

In the Channel Islands, Gen II Fund Services has relocated director Raul Ramos from Jersey to Guernsey to serve as head of Private Equity Fund Services. Ramos, who joined the firm following its acquisition of Crestbridge, brings over 20 years of sector experience to the role. His appointment is intended to bridge service capabilities between the two jurisdictions, following the recent hiring of Niel Krastin to the Guernsey private equity team.

Arbuthnot Latham has expanded its specialist sector banking team with the appointments of Kyle Driver and Andy Symes as senior commercial bankers. Driver arrives from Coutts with 18 years of experience, while Symes brings over four decades of industry expertise. The duo will focus on non-bank financial institutions, technology, and defense clients, supporting the bank’s efforts to assist overseas businesses establishing a presence in the UK.
