As AI-powered phishing and automated attacks grow more sophisticated, CEO Jamie Daum noted that the company’s rapid funding cycle was essential to accelerate product development.
Inforcer Secures $50 Million to Bolster SMB Cybersecurity
With cyber threats evolving from month-long campaigns to automated strikes occurring in minutes, London-based Inforcer has raised $50 million in a Series C round led by Insight Partners. The capital injection underscores a surging demand for platforms that help managed service providers secure small business operations against modern AI-driven risks.
The firm is currently expanding its defensive capabilities, including tools for Shadow AI detection and real-time threat response. Alongside these technical upgrades, Inforcer is shifting its pricing strategy from a per-client model to a per-user structure, with potential for consumption-based pricing as it integrates further AI features. While Microsoft remains the primary focus of the platform, the leadership team views their software as a specialized layer built on top of Microsoft’s enterprise ecosystem, rather than a direct competitor to the tech giant’s own security offerings. With backing from Dawn Capital and Meritech Capital, the company is now prioritizing deeper penetration into the U.S. market.
